Can you renovate one part of the villa rather than the whole house?+
Yes. Many projects begin with a single kitchen, bathroom or living space, while others are a complete transformation. We scope the work to what you want to change now and can plan later phases so the house stays livable along the way.
How long does a villa renovation take?+
Timelines vary with the scope, the age and condition of the villa, and how much structural and MEP work is involved. A focused room renovation is quicker than a whole-home rework. After we survey the property we share a realistic schedule before committing.
What affects the cost of a renovation?+
The biggest factors are the area being renovated, the amount of demolition and new construction, the state of existing plumbing and electrics, and the finishes, joinery and fixtures you choose. We set these out clearly so you can make decisions with the budget in view.
Do you work outside central Amman?+
We renovate villas across Amman and throughout Jordan. If the property is further out, tell us where it is and we will explain how we would handle site access, materials and supervision.
